In order to do that, you have to be able to figure out what is the right way and what is the wrong way. We will help you go through it with 12 weeks of teaching and continuous support. Building up new habits needs coaching and monitoring, that is why our program is 12 weeks or more. Each week we measure your progress, teach you something new and correct things you have done improperly in the previous week.
